The puppy course is suitable if you are looking for small group lessons with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 participants. Everything will be taught to your pup in a positive way and because the group is small, there is a lot of personal attention for you and your pup. During the lessons the bond between you and your puppy is central. Mutual trust and understanding is very important. You learn to understand your pup and know what your pup needs to grow into a stable and social dog. Together you will become a strong team!

What is covered during the puppy course:

  • Getting your dog’s attention (and keeping it)
  • Important basic commands such as: sit, lie down and come here
  • Walking without pulling
  • The importance of  ‘timing’
  • Socializing with people (what to watch out for)
  • Socializing with other dogs (what to watch out for)
  • Specific things you would like to learn
  • Understanding your dog and knowing what he/she needs

The lesson location of the puppy course is on a field in Aarle-Rixtel. After 8 lessons you and your dog receive together a certificate.

Behavioural therapy

One-time consult (1,5 – 2 hours)

A one-time consult is suitable if you experience behavioural problems with your dog. In preparation for the consult you will receive a questionnaire by e-mail (or by post). Next will be a consultation at your home. Here I can observe your dog and collect missing information. I look at the cause (or causes) of the behavioural problem you have experienced and determine a diagnosis (what is the exact problem). Together with you I will make a fitting therapy plan. I will make a report of this and send it to you within 1 – 2 weeks. Furthermore, after the consultation, there is still 3 months of aftercare (by phone/what’s app/mail).

First consult and follow-up consult (2,5 -3 hours, spread over two appointments)

A first consult and follow-up consult is suitable if you experience behavioural problems with your dog. Four weeks later a follow-up consultation will take place. We will then look at the progress so far and whether any additions or adjustments are needed for the therapy plan. We plan the follow-up consultation at the end of the first consultation. Furthermore, after the follow-up consultation, there is still 3 months of aftercare (by phone/what’s app/mail).

Follow-up consult (1 hour)

You can choose this if you would like some extra guidance after you have already had a One-time consult or a First consult and follow-up consult. You will no longer receive a report during a follow-up consult.

Private lesson

One-time private lesson (1 hour)

A private lesson is suitable if you want extra guidance during the training of your dog. Think of learning for example commands, strengthen the bond between you and your dog and socializing your puppy.  If you or your dog finds it difficult to concentrate during a group lesson, a private lesson can be a solution. This way you have an effective training. A private lesson is also recommended for adopted dogs. They can then train in a quiet environment.

Three-time private lesson (1 hour each)

A three-time private lesson is suitable if you want extra guidance during the training of your dog. Think of learning for example commands, strengthen the bond between you and your dog and socializing your puppy.  With this package you follow 3 lessons so we have just a little more time to go deeper into the training. If you or your dog finds it difficult to concentrate during a group lesson, a private lesson can be a solution. This way you have an effective training. A private lesson is also recommended for adopted dogs. They can then train in a quiet environment.

Individual walking service

Individual walking(s)

Claudia, Lotje en RubyThe individual walking service is suitable if your dog can not go along with a dog walking service and you can not arrange someone else to do the walking for you. There are various reasons why some dogs can not join a group. For example, they are prone to overstimulation,  anxious, fall out to other dogs, still young (physical strain) or have physical limitations due to their age and/or medical problems. You want your four-legged friend to have a pleasant walk, be safe and receive professional guidance. If your dog experiences problem behaviour, which manifests itself during the walk, I can immediately start working on it. It is therefore wise to schedule a consultation as well, so that further investigation can be conducted as to the cause of this behaviour and how to solve it (see One-time consult and First consult and follow-up consult). The duration of a walk depends on the dog itself. If you live in Eindhoven or surroundings you can make use of this service.

Purchase advice

Telephone consultation (30 minutes)

A telephone consultation is suitable if you need advice regarding the purchase of a dog. It is important to make an informed choice when you intend to buy a dog. Which breed suits you and your living situation best and where do you get the dog from? I can guide you in making the right choice.
